Counter to Legilimens. Usually only the emotionless will prevail. Requires shutting your mind off to the world and your own thoughts. Very difficult to master. A wand is needed at first but as the skill develops a wand may not be needed.
.hereditary.

.hereditary.
The ability to talk to snakes.
.hereditary.

.hereditary.
Born to at least one magical parent, unable to preform even the simplest magical task. Can produce wandless potions though most potions require a little wand work. Occasionally it has been known for a Squib to produce magic in a life and death situation, though very, very rare.
.hereditary.
A very faint power of a full veela, the ability to charm a man into thinking he's in love with you. All though controllable in everyday life it is usually uncontrollable when a part-veela is dancing.
.hereditary.//.infection.//.learnt.
A werewolf can be made in one of two ways. On the full moon a human can be bitten or have a wound bled onto by a werewolf, this will taint the blood of the mortal and change them to a werewolf. Those that are tainted with the blood through infection will age rapidly. Though scratches will not infect a human they will scar for life. Nothing has been known to rid a werewolf scratch.
A child born to a werewolf parent will have a dormant gene in their bodies. This gene can become active at any time in their life and from then on the werewolf will come out once a month at the full moon. In some it has been known to never errupt.
It is only possible for someone, once a werewolf, to control the beast and transform outside of the full moon, though this takes a lot of commitment and training and is not something many werewolves can do.
A silver bullet to the heart will kill a werewolf in either their human form or wolf form, a regular bullet will only kill a werewolf in their human form. Vampires are quicker than a werewolf and could snap their necks quite easily with their strength however one bite from the werewolf and the vampire will die. Both creatures have superb hearing and sense of smell.
.infection.
A vampire is made, not born, after all they have no pulse and no blood circulating necessary places in order to have a child so you know, you do the math! With saying that a mortal is bitten and most of their blood drained before they then feed on the blood of the vampire that changed them, the newling is then to be buried or just hidden away from daylight and to arise at the next sundown, usually thirsty to the point of feeling like death. Not surprising though. A vampire is quick and graceful, has superb hearing and sense of smell but its weaknesses are a werewolf bite, steak through the heart and decapitation as well as sunlight and fire but holy water and garlic have no effect on these creatures nor does holy ground.
